POLICY
At time of reservation: name, address, phone number, email address, # of people occupying the unit & a credit card # is required.
To confirm all reservations, a deposit of two nights lodging is required for all reservations made more than 60 days in advance to your arrival date and must be payable by check. The deposit check is non-refundable. All reservations that mail in deposit checks will be required to pay the balance in full 45 days prior to your arrival date. Final payment can be made by personal check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
All other reservations that are made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date are required to pay in full at the time of booking.
PEAK HOLIDAY BOOKINGS (December 20, 2008 - January 4, 2009)
To confirm all peak holiday reservations, a deposit of two nights lodging is required by personal check. The deposit is non refundable. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Final payment can be made by personal check, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
All properties require a $500 security/damage deposit. Day of arrival, your credit card will be authorized for $500 as security/damage deposit. Each property is equipped with front door keys. Those with garage doors will have garage door openers. After your departure, if there is a missing key, your credit card will be charged $30 per key & for all lost garage door openers the fee is $75 per opener which will be charged to your credit card. You will be required to sign a damage/security document before your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
From the time of full payment until 31 days prior to your arrival date, there is
a 50% refund in the event you need to cancel. Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. There will be no
refunds 30 days or less prior to your arrival date. All deposit checks are
non-refundable.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds due to
plane cancellations, airline computers failing, sickness, death of a family
member, severe weather, road closures, broken bones, closure of ski area due to
too much snow or too little snow, tornados, hurricanes, flooding, terrorist
attacks, etc. Please buy travel insurance!
We cannot control the airlines, weather & road conditions. We cannot stress the importance of travel insurance! Make sure you buy enough insurance to cover the cost of your lodging.
