winter months. The lower level has two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and
twin beds with a walkout sliding glass door in another. This level also
has a laundry area with new energy saving washer and dryer, bathroom and
an open area for kids, with a love seat and a TV with DVD player and game
hookup to entertain. The middle level has a king bed master suite with
bathroom and walk-in closet. The upper living area is a bright, open great
room with a fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances,
and dining area. The large living area has a deck that hosts a gas BBQ and a wonderful view of Mount
Werner.
You can watch your children play on snow or grass
directly below the deck. This townhouse is a homey and relaxing setting
for family entertaining in both summer and winter. Children's play
