This condo is simply magical. It offers elegance and a quaint western ambiance combined with a prime up-slope location that is ideal for your family vacation. This unique two-story, 2400 square foot, corner unit has no one above or below the unit and with the views of aspen and pines creates a private and peaceful mountain setting.

Located in Storm Meadows, the Kitzbuhel building is away from the hustle and bustle yet provides access to the ski area via ski access trails leading to the trail “Right-of-Way”.  You may also choose to ride the free ski shuttle*, which takes you to gondola square in a couple of minutes.  

From the front entrance or garage take a couple steps up and walk right into the bright and radiant main living space, which includes a spacious and well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area that seats 10, a powder room, a living room with vaulted ceiling and a cozy gas log fireplace, and a large private balcony with outdoor eating area and a new Weber gas grill.  There is also a master suite with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, gas log fireplace, and private en-suite on the main level.

The lower floor has a second living area with a cozy rec room and a TV, BluRay, X-box,  a laundry room, a second master suite with king bed and private en-suite, a third bedroom with queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins).  The third and fourth bedroom (bunk room & queen room) share a full bathroom with double sinks.  The rec room provides a pull out sofa sleeper with a queen 5″ memory foam mattress for comfort.

At 2400 square feet, the Kitzbuhel is perfect for your group to spread out and enjoy themselves.  It is packed with amenities including luxurious robes in both king & queen bedrooms. 

An oversized one-car garage is also attached to the unit to store all skis/boards and all of the rest of your recreational equipment along with a boot & glove dryer.  As an added bonus there is a spare fridge in the garage for the overflow of beverages for a big group!  The Storm Meadows complex has a common area (short walk) which includes: heated pool and hot tub, work out facility, sauna, and tennis court for summer use. 

The Kitzbuhel #1 condo is the perfect setting for your vacation to the world of champagne powder and will create lasting memories for years to come.

*(Please note there have been seasons when the snow cover is thin  (typically either late spring or early season) and the shuttle is the best option.  During the ski hours- it runs in 30 minute intervals to the gondola and back. The shuttle also maybe a better option for beginning skiers or young children, ages 5 and younger.)

**This unit has new owners and there is a lot of new stuff.  Looks fantastic.  We are still waiting on some new furniture so we will photograph it again after everything is here in the spring.   The new leather sectional sofa is in the living room.  There is now a leather pull out sofa sleeper in the lower rec room.  Bed configuration is the same just different bedding.
