Quail Run is a quiet private complex grouped into nine condo buildings and ten townhouse buildings. Our townhouse has a view of the ski mountain from the deck and ground floor access to a rear yard play space. The heated garage keeps your skis warm and dry in the winter months. The lower level has two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and twin beds with a walkout sliding glass door in another. This level also has a laundry area with new energy saving washer and dryer, bathroom and an open area for kids, with a love seat and a TV with DVD player and game hookup to entertain. The middle level has a king bed master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. The upper living area is a bright, open great room with a fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, and dining area. The large living area has a deck that hosts a gas BBQ and a wonderful view of Mount Werner.
A hundred steps away is the free city bus that comes by every 20 minutes. Our ski locker at the ski base means you don’t have to haul your ski equipment home every night.
You can watch your children play on snow or grass directly below the deck. This townhouse is a homey and relaxing setting for family entertaining in both summer and winter. Children’s play equipment and the Quail Run hot tub are ready for your use and enjoyment.
