First of all, Esther needs to give you a big bonus for managing her unit so well! Since we do this for a living in Frisco (Summit County) I know. From the moment I called you to book a unit, you were accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our girls Hockey tournament because we had a comfortable condo. Location means nothing if your lodging is not cozy & clean. You do it exactly like we do, from the 3-way bulbs, coasters, nice comforter & sheets, well-stocked kitchen to lined trash cans, soap pumps, pens by the phone etc. Not to mention extremely clean. We had a great time! The condo was wonderful, everything you might need was here. It was very clean & cozy. Kim, you’re doing a GREAT job of taking care of this place. And we couldn’t of had someone more friendly & helpful, thanks!
We watched the torch light down the mountain & fireworks for Valentine’s Day right here from the balcony – perfect view. The snowmobiling & Strawberry Park hot springs was a must see. We’ll definetly tell people about his place & we hope to come again.

Joe pulled off a backflip with a grab, Ray jumped off a 50 ft cliff in the back country, Rob did a triple barrell back flip into 56″ of fresh powder, Scott got 2 feet of air – how lame! I, Rob, did a dinner roll off he end of the super pipe while tightening my binding. All in a days work!
Yeah Right. Condo was great. Snow was even better. Steamboat rocks. Thanks for everything.

We arrived on Saturday and got all situated. Sunday my two boys, 6 & 8 had snowboard school all day and I had ski school. My husband is the experienced skier so he skied the mountain all day. We loved it! We did the entire mountain the next day & did greens the whole way down. We had 5 great days of skiing & we were due to leave Thursday, March 20th. The biggest snowstorm Denver has ever seen. Tuesday & Wednesday it shut down the main freeways. There is up to 90″ in the foothills. I-70 was closed so we could not drive back to Denver to flyout. So, we were stranded for 4 more days. That is the first the airlines can get us out of here. Oh well, things could be worse. 4 more days of vacation and skiing in Steamboat. Thanks for all the fun. The condo was perfect for our family.

Enough about winter. Steamboat makes a great summer vacation. Enjoyed being able to run, hike, bike & swim without driving. Enjoyed the great restaurants too, especially Harwigs. We’ll be back.

We had a great time! Two days of skiing, hot springs & a sleigh ride. There was a lot of snow, whish we could stay longer. The condo was great.

Your condo is very comfortable. Love the new couch and chair – great views of the ski mountain. The weather was so warm and it rained when we were suppose to have 12″ of snow – but we love to snowshoe & cross country ski so left the downhill to the kids. Highly recommend a day at Vista Verde Ranch for cross country – groomed trails and they serve a hot lunch. Thanks for a great place to stay.

We’ve had a wonderful stay here in Steamboat … and the Rockies. You guys thought of everything! Thank you for the wine, chips, salsa when we arrived. We were so impressed with the shuttle service & the discount tickets. For having so little snow this year, the skiing was really pretty good and we had a fabulous time. We enjoyed dinner at the Yacht Club where we watched the ski jumpers & had a fantastic seafood meal. Kim was so wonderful to work with & we had a great first impression of the people & activities of Steamboat. Thank you for your help, advice & efficiency.

Wow, what a week! The snow gods brought 20″ of snow early in the week & we had a blast skiing in Champagne Powder up to our thighs – A first!! The condo was comfy & we had all we needed to recover from fun on the slopes. “Cascade Crud” is waiting for us back home.

What a beautiful condo you have! Thank you for sharing it with us – I am sure the view is beautiful if we were able to see it. We only saw sunlight for about 6 hours the whole trip – it just won’t stop snowing!!! I guess that is why we are here, right? Snow, fresh powder, skiing all day and having fun. Thanks again.

We had a fabulous time in Steamboat. The weather was great & everyone had a blast skiing. The condo was great and the location to the shuttle was very convenient. We enjoyed the fireworks & the lighted parade from the balcony on St. Patrick’s Day! We appreciated the wine & other goodies. The reservation & contacts with Kim were a plus. We look forward to coming back.
